1. Where AI is used
Kalrova supports manual work and AI-assisted planning, drafting, revision, research, continuity checking, translation, cover and graphic-novel image generation, and publishing preparation. The amount of assistance depends on the feature and your chosen workflow. A writing mode is a preference, not a separate guarantee about every background process.
2. What is sent to providers
A request can include instructions, manuscript excerpts, saved canon, character information, retrieved research, conversation history and relevant images. Some features assemble context from elsewhere in your project. The application supports multiple providers and fallback routing; the provider used may vary by task, configuration and availability. Text integrations include OpenAI, Google Gemini and Anthropic, with optional additional providers. Image generation uses configured image services.
Provider processing can include caching and safety review under the applicable account terms. Kalrova does not infer a zero-retention or no-training promise from using an API. The approved provider inventory and agreements must establish any such representation. See the Privacy Policy for data handling and rights.
3. Limitations and author review
AI can invent facts, sources and quotations, produce contradictions, misinterpret instructions, reproduce bias or generate content resembling existing work. A citation, research summary, continuity score or generated image is not proof of accuracy, rights clearance or suitability. Check original sources and permissions before relying on them. Human review is especially important for nonfiction, biography, sensitive personal information and statements about real people.
Output is not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Kalrova does not guarantee that AI-generated material qualifies for copyright, is exclusive, or will meet a retailer's or publisher's rules. Your contributions and applicable law affect rights in the final work.
4. Safety and availability
Automated safety systems and provider rules may block, change or refuse a request. Age verification for eligible mature features does not authorize unlawful or prohibited content. Contact support or use the available dispute flow if you believe a decision is incorrect. A refusal or score is not a definitive finding about a person.
5. Publishing and disclosure
You decide whether to accept, edit, share or publish generated material. Review the entire final work, including facts, citations, images, credits and metadata. Follow the destination's current AI disclosure requirements and applicable law. Exporting a file or generating a publishing package does not guarantee acceptance or automatically establish compliance with those requirements.
